Minutes of Anti Ragging CLUB Committee Meeting 2012-13
The Anti Ragging CLUB Committee Meeting was conducted every year in the beginning of the academic year 2012-2013. The following members of the Anti Ragging CLUB Committee were participated in the meeting 2012-2013.
- Dr. P. Sharmila - Principal
- Mr. I. Selvam – Vice Principal
- Mr. G. Balakrishnan - HOD of Computer Science
- Mrs. G. Esther Vijayakala – HOD of Commerce
- Dr. V. Kalaiselvi – HOD of Physics
Decisions Taken:
- To advise the senior students not to ragging.
- Arrangement of welcome party to the junior students by senior students.
- Anti Ragging CLUB Committee closely watches the senior and junior students for two months in the beginning of the year.
- The committee advises the senior students not to involve in ragging.
- Juniors are asked to report the committee if any ragging incident happens.
- Committee gives lot of suggestions and advised students for not performing any ragging practices.
- The action plan of the ragging CLUB committee is displayed in the campus
